We do our best to make the enrollment process easy and simple. Our enrollment process has three steps:

Tour
- We recommend touring the facility first so you can see firsthand what Noah’s Ark has to offer your family. Use the link below to request a tour or give us a call. This also let’s us get some paperwork into your hands. If you are in a rush you can print the forms below off yourself, but we recommend touring first so we can meet you and ensure Noah’s Ark is a good fit for you and your family.
Enrollment Forms
- All our enrollment forms are linked here. For any Orientations make sure to fill out the Child Personal Information Form as well as the Admission Agreement prior to your scheduled Orientation.
Orientation
- You are almost ready to enroll! At Orientation we require all the following:
- – Paperwork filled out
- – Immunization Records/Exemption Form
- – Payment for the first week (or your ICCP letter & copay)
- – Registration and Supply Fee (all found in the Rates for Interested Parents).
When scheduling and planning your enrollment please keep in mind that your child can start no earlier than 2 days after your Orientation, so we recommend scheduling your Orientation at least a week before your preferred start date.
